At Moor Cart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, returning them and receiving a refund is simple.
7-Day Window
Initiate returns within 7 days of delivery for wrong, damaged, defective, or counterfeit items.
Item Condition
Keep all seals, tags, original accessories, and packaging intact to be eligible for a return.
Bank Refunds
Once validated, bank cards are refunded in 3–5 working days and bank transfers in 2–4 working days.
Return and Refund Timelines
Timelines are calculated starting from the date a return request is officially approved.

Return Pick-up Timeline Guidelines
• Returning to a Pickup Station: Drop off your items within 3 working days following approval, otherwise, the return request will be canceled automatically.
• Pickup from Your Address: Our delivery associate will schedule a pickup within 1 to 2 business days. We will make up to two pick-up attempts before canceling the return.
Refund Methods
• Credit/Debit Cards: Refund processed in 3–10 business days directly to your card account.
• Bank Transfers: Refund processed in 2–5 business days directly to your provided bank account.
• Store Credit & Vouchers: Processed immediately (within 24 hours) as store credit on your Moor Cart profile dashboard.
